My S21 ULTRA is unable to Focus/Autofocus above 10x zoom.This started after UI 4 Update.
Samsung service unable to help Inspite of several reminders online and offline....
Dear Samsung kindly send a software update or replace my phone

It was working..once tapping on the subject..it would focus..but now it's totally blur

I'm facing the same issue where I can't focus if I touch the object on the screen. Also, autofocus is struggling sometimes.

My phone is working fine. No issue. Clear cache memory of the app and try.

Clean the lens.
Dust or debris can interfere with autofocus. Clean the lens with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Turn off Tracking AF.
Open the Camera app and tap the Settings icon. Tap the switch next to Tracking auto-focus to turn it off.

Reset the camera.
If the camera still isn't focusing, you should try resetting the camera to its default settings. Tap the Settings gear, and then swipe to and tap Reset settings.

Make sure your software is up to date.
Performing a software update can resolve issues and problems with apps, including your camera.

Listen to the lens.
The focus on the camera is controlled by a tiny mechanism. Some slight clicking and whirring is normal, but if you hear any grinding, your device may require service.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
