S21 Fe green line issue

On April 25, while using my Samsung S21 FE phone, I noticed a thin green line briefly appear on the left side of the screen while scrolling through Instagram. Initially, it vanished quickly, but later it reappeared and stayed permanently. 

Despite never dropping my phone and having it protected by a high-quality tempered glass and case, the issue persisted. I contacted Samsung support, but their troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the problem. I suspect it might be related to a recent security update, 

as this is the first time I've encountered such an issue since I started using Samsung devices in 2015. So, I'm hoping Samsung India can offer a free display replacement since the problem doesn't seem to be caused by any mishandling on my part. Any advice or solutions would be appreciated.

I brought Samsung S21FE Refurbished mobile, on 13.05.2024 today morning I saw a green line in my mobile display. And I contact customer care they insist me to do some options in phone but it didn't work so the guide me to go service center in service center they told me that display is spoiled to need to replace it. But warranty claim is expired so need to pay for this display replacement. It is very unfair, because in this case i didn't do any mistake... while searching in internet most of the Samsung s21FE mobile have same issue... so it clearly shows this mistake is purely by samsung itself they told that your mobile is Refurbished product so we cannot do this... is this mistake is by customer side then it is fair one but it is all over the country then Samsung only the responsible. So kindly replace the screen or rectify the issue for me

Same here bro i also bought s21fe refurbished at 15k from cashify and after 6 months of use i got green line because its 2nd hand it had dents so samsung service center refused for free replacement because of dents so i raised complaint through customer care and in 2-3 days t talked to samsung head office they asked for bill. Because of no original bill my case were disclosed🥺 If i had bill then they will give me 30-50% discount on display replacement becauseof dent 100% not possible. So i found a shop which has setting with service centre and they replaced my display for 7.5k. 3rd party replacement i have done
