I'm appalled and frustrated with my recent experience at the Samsung authorized service center!

After the August update, my S21 FE developed the infamous green line issue. Researching online, I found Samsung's free display replacement policy for eligible devices. BUT, when I visited the service center, they flat-out denied the replacement due to a MINOR DENT!

Are you kidding me?! A tiny dent, which doesn't affect the display or phone functionality, voids the warranty? This is ridiculous!

I demand answers:

1. Is a minor dent a valid reason to deny warranty?
2. Why isn't Samsung honoring its free replacement policy?

Samsung, you're losing loyal customers like me due to such poor service. I expect better from a premium brand!

Ahahahahahah welcome to the green lines of samsungs club. You will now have to call samsung customer care multiple times and you will be treated like **bleep**!t. No matter what you do you will be ending up paying 10k+ to get it changed on flagships.

Many people are facing the same problem, but Samsung is not ready to accept that it is their fault. They say that it happened due to a fall from the customer's hand. It happened due to water getting into it.

Samsung is not accepting 3-year-old phones. They are not replacing the screen, even if there is a minor dent. 

Samsung service center People are fooling the customers. They want that there should be a minor dent on the phone, due to which the screen cannot be replaced.

My Phone doesn't have any physical or water damage. Only small dent on the metal frame. And that is almost 1 year old dent but green line issue comes yesterday morning. If your service team reject my free replacement on the basis of dent this is not fair. There is no link between dent on metal frame and green line.

Same thing happened to me also bro they said their is one small dent or scratch on frame so your phone not eligible for free replacement 🙄 😒

Call the customer support many times. Call them, email them, and post on twitter. You have to fight for it. I got my free replacement. They only charge 502 for labour cost.

Today i face green line issue my mobile samsung s21 fe. I bought it from uk. Now i am in Bangladesh,.
What i can do now, samsung customer care will repair my phone free or i have to pay, can anyone suggest me..
