Jab phone heat hota hai jayda nahi serf 40⁰ cross karte he network issue chalu ho jata hai network 5G se 4G pe ajata 5G network ko force karne par v aisa hota hai aisa kyu…?

Mana device k heat ko manage karne k liye aisa hota hai ushka control humare hath mai hona chaiyea kyu ki ek to yeah device humea garam rehta hai.

Matlab itna gathiya experience kaya bolu na VoNR dea gaya na eksathe dono sim mai 5G chalta hai aur upar sa yeah problem dimag pura garam ho jata hai.

Yeah, especially in indoor conditions, network is very poor in samsung phones. For me while playing BGMI I am facing high ping issues.

Check device network in an open area: Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.
Note: We recommend setting device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G(auto connect) mode.

Kindly do check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card on the same phone to verify the issue.

Bahut sare device use kiya lekin itna gathiya experience nahi hua mera pervious device VIVO V20 PRO ish se accha 5G chalata tha usmai koi network issue nahi tha ishmain to normal condition mai v network kam ata hai jaha network thoda kam milta hai waha to ishmai network rehta he nahi lekin mera ush Device main 1-2 network bars rehta tha

Woh device sach mai kafi accha tha powerful kam tha lekin jitna din use kiya experience bahut accha har chiz mai bekal ish device ko liya.

After 2 months of back and forth on this issue, I have emailed Samsung as follows:

This is likely the last Samsung product I will purchase.

Will not trust a company that continually fails to acknowledge an issue with its product and simply keeps on asking customers to take it to the service centre.

I ask, what miracle will happen at the service centre when it's a flaw with the product?

So many customers are complaining about this issue worldwide (i.e., losing network whenever signal is low and then failing to reconnect) and the same on your Samsung Members community but your CS representatives call back and say they have never heard of such an issue. This itself shows that you are deliberately trying to not acknowledge the issue.

Losing 1 customer like me is not a big deal I know. In any case you can consider my complaint closed. I do not wish to waste my time following up on this anymore. Will get these devices exchanged and move to an iPhone which in my past experience has been the most reliable device. Maybe lacks functionality but at least reliable.

I am also going to switch device
I am already ordered Iqoo neo 7 pro
As of now I don't switched to iPhone because some lack functionality that's why I think this not right time for me to switch to iPhone.
