If we choose to update samsung s21 fe at the service centre, will we face green line issue or not ? As some one at service centre said that issue will occurs only when we update via wifi. Please clear samsung

That's not a reason ask them to replace display

Please ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Software update>>Tap on Download and install>> Checking for software update>>Software update available>> Tap on Download>> Downloading updates>>Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

Software update via Smart Switch PC
Please follow the below steps:
Connect your mobile phone via USB cable>> Tap on Update (If available)>>Tap on Continue>> Tap on All confirmed>> Downloading software update.
Note: It will take some time to update the device software.

Hi Samsung, I am facing same issue from last 5 days. I have done whatever you said, but no solution. There should be policy to replace the screen without any cost because issue arise because of software update

First, try contacting the service center. If they don't help or ask for a large sum of money, simply register a complaint on the NCH app for assistance. For more details, refer to my latest community post.
