S21 FE is charging very slowly after July,2023 update

S21 FE is charging very slowly after June,2023 update. However, I have Samsung authorized adopter, faultless cable and the fast charging option is on. 

Everything was good but after the update of June 2023 it becomes very very slow. It usually took 70 min to full charged but now it taking almost 3 hours. 

Please provide me valid solution. I truly believe it is a software issue after the update.
