Device I use s21 FE

I have been facing a weird issue with my phone. What happens is that my mobile data randomly stops working. I will see the sign in the status bar but the arrows that show that data is being sent and received (for the internet to work) only shows the sending/uploading arrow and not the receiving/downloading arrow.

Tried all the workarounds but no help. Is it this device issue or jn general s21 fe has this problem?

Yes but how many times will we do this, such a basic function not working on the phone. Did you try contacting samsung?

Not really. The problem is with Samsung's modem. The modems used by Samsung in their Exynos processors are subpar and perform worse than Qualcomm and Mediatek's midrange processors. Network issues are a common problem for all S21 FE users. I'm sure Samsung is aware of it, but since it's a problem with the hardware I'm not sure if they can do anything about it. There's another basic connectivity feature that this phone can't do that is WiFi band switching. Once it connects to the 2.4 GHz band in my wifi it never switches back to the 5 GHz band no matter how close I am to the router.
