S21 FE - call recording issue

in S21 FE, for some calls recordings occur, but for most of the calls it doesn't.

 I know wifi calls doesn't get recorded, so that's turned off already.

But still I am facing this issue, is there any solution for that ?

I don't have Record Calls option in settings? Mine S21 FE is Vietnam version.
