Has anyone got the one UI 7 update for S21 FE in India.

As per Samsung's schedule notification sent to all S21FE should get one UI 7.0 in May 2025. Keep checking and be patient. Many have received. You receiving update is also carrier ie.,Jio,Airtel,VI,BSNL. dependent. Hence some get early and others a bit late.
