S21 FE JIO 5G issue.

While registering for the jio 5g welcome offer it's showing as the the device doesn't have 5g yet . And While checking in the network settings it's showing as 5g/4g etc. So do we get any seperate update for 5g. Any S21fe users share your experience over this.

Yes I think you are right. I have checked putting my room mates jio sim in my phone which is already 5g enabled and 5g is working fine in my phone also but when I put my jio Sim again in my phone it's showing 4g. I think there is no issue with samsung. We all need to wait till jio sent us the welcome offer.

Jio will send invite only if it recognise the S21 Fe is 5G capable, so unless JIO recognise it , it won't sent the offer. I don't know whose problem is but either Samsung or Jio should fix it

That's what the dilemma is all about. The only thing that we as s21fe users need to do is wait.

The idea is put your SIM in another 5G phone , get welcome offer , enable 5G server . Put it. Back to your S21 FE , it should work . It's just that JIO thinks you dont have 5G phone thus your sim is not open for 5G. ( Welcome offer is the indication that your sim is opened for 5G acess )

S21 Fe is listed however dont know why Jio says device is not true 5g phone
