Hey everyone, 
I recently got a green line on my Samsung S21FE after updating my phone software with a security update.

I contacted Samsung support and got information that I'm eligible for a free screen replacement as long as my phone is under three years of age.

But when I visited the service centre, they said that my phone needs to be with them for a minimum of two weeks for them to replace the screen. I was informed that no replacement phone would be provided. 

Is this common across all service centres? Is there any chance of having a phone for the duration of the service?

In Bhuj, Gujarat they told me to minimum 20 days and my flipkart bill date and activation date is different so they are not sure for free screen replacement. I have to give my mobile then they will say
