My Galaxy S21 FE's back panel started coming off on its own, and I'm shocked at how Samsung is handling this.

Yes, it happened just a few days after the warranty expired (15 days to be exact), but this isn't about warranty - it's about build quality. This is a clear structural defect. A properly built phone shouldn't have its back panel fall off due to weakened glue, regardless of warranty status. That's not wear and tear - it's a failure in design or assembly.

The service center blamed a small cosmetic scratch and refused help. How can a tiny scratch from daily use be a reason to deny service for a problem that's completely unrelated? And even worse, they said air/ dust might have entered and weakened the glue - isn't that proof of poor sealing?

Why should I, as a paying customer, be asked to pay more for something that's clearly not my fault? I already paid for the phone - why am I now expected to pay for Samsung's internal build issue?

If this is the experience with a flagship S series phone within a year, what exactly are we paying premium for?

I expected Samsung to stand by its quality and customers. So far, all I've received is denial and excuses. I hope this post reaches someone who actually listens and cares.

Phone will get green lines because of heat and warm temperature outside and back panel loses glue because of heat

It happened because of heat. My charging port got damaged and when I went to replace it. I got it glued free of cost

Nope. I was charged 3000 for port replacement. I was talking about the glue

Same problem, why we pay for it. Because it's not our fault
