Deep sleeping/sleeping app function is not working properly.

I have used Work profile app but those app are not shown in battery used section.

I haven't used phone at night but battery drain 12-15% without using.

Google introduce Android 15 but still we haven't received Android 14 stable version.

@Samsung is need to work on software one ui and battery backup. If battery backup are not good then why we are using S series phone🙄.

I think 4g mobile is good with 60hz refresh rate🤔 and cheaper also.


If you want battery backup is good then turn off 120 refresh rate, Bluetooth device, 5G & use adaptive setting etc
What a joke with customer in 2024.

We want to inform you that your device cannot generate a work profile and if you created it with any third-party source then it will not show in the battery usage section.

For battery drain issues kindly follow the given steps and we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.
Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of the battery and battery performance

Perform Battery Optimization
Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care/Battery and device care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory

Check device network fluctuation
Kindly check whether the mobile network fluctuates frequently or if the network signal is low in your area. In both cases, the battery will drain considerably fast.
Recommendation: We recommend you avoid using it in areas with low network/fluctuation.
