Initially I used to get similar SOT, now it is increased. Let the battery drain completely and then charge full and check SOT

You have turned battery protect on which limits the charge to 85 percent. Try to charge to 100 percent and check the SOT. Since you have charged multiple times in 24 hrs cycle, I don't think it is understandable to get your SOT. I use S21 ultra, with 85 percent I can easily get 5 to 6 hrs of SOT with 14 to 18 hrs of standby time. With 100 percent charge, 6.5 to 7.5 hrs of SOT with 24 to 26 hrs of standby time. But many other component depends as well. If you live in cooler parts of the country like Bangalore or Himachal, then that will also affect battery life.
