Hi

Does anyone having this issue? And is that covered under warranty? It's not from physical damage. It looks like detaching the plastic from the phone itself. The phone getting very hot while charging . Is that because of heating??

Awaiting response from Samsung.

Oh wow, how they manage to make such a bad quality products here it blows my mind...

This never happened to me not even on A series and not even 10 years ago and I always used my devices without case.

Take it to the service centre since you still have the warranty

Brother I had A52s 5G. It happened to me also. I used the phone without case of glass.

This is the major problem for all samsung phones having PLASTIC BACKPANEL. Earlier I.had Samsung A52s 5G. And it happened to that handset also. Reason for adhesive weak- 1. Over heating 2. Frequently water contact.
