S20FE back cover popping out

Hi,

I've a S20FE 4G. The device is 1.5yrs old. 

Few days ago I discovered that the back cover of my device is coming out. 

I think that it is a battery issue. 

Has anyone got battery replaced for S20FE Exynos?

What is the charge and how much time do they take?

And after battery change will the device still be IP68 water resistant?

Is the battery getting swollen ?

I'm not sure but think minor swelling as backup is low.

Get it checked at Customer care. Swollen battery is bit risky too.

I am also planning to buy s20FE 5g, if you would not have faced battery issue, then would you recommend to buy s20FE 5g ?

I've S20FE 4G not the 5G version. My device has heating issue. It heats up on normal tasks also like 2-3 min audio call.

Performance and camera are good.

Dont buy s20fe 5g bro bug moto phone s20fe is worst related to network and after the update is even worst in every department even in camera

This is probably due to the glue of the back panel. Many s20 series users are facing this. Get it checked at a service centre.

Due to ip rating, I guess and for one of my friends, the issue returned after 6 months of re-pasting.

Nb: I have bookmarked atleast 10 such issues of s20 series alone on this platform.
