S20 plus one ui 5.0

Has samsung gone mad??? I just recieved an update but guess its not one ui..5.0 but one ui 4.0 with october patch which is already there in my phone... what the hell is this?? Is this a bug that samsung knows or they just rolled out a wrong version and they don't even realized??
