I am a s20 FE user and recently brought s24 to my surprise my eyes had terrible strain while using it then I tried s24 ultra and s25 ultra it's the same.
I am a samsung Fan boy I request the Samsung team to have high PWM dimming rating along with DC dimming option enabling
Also when I am comparing iphone 17 pro with s25 ultra the colours are also not vibrant. I doono if it's just me or everyone else. Come on Samsung let's do it.
I had also checked my eyes doctor said no issues at all.

I've used galaxy j7 prime and bought a galaxy A16 5g this year. I didn't face this issue, but when I used my frnd's xiaomi phone, my eyes had strain. But for you it's samsung in both cases, so try using it with low brightness. The other factor which shows effect is radiation, so try using less mobile data ( wifi is okay)
