I've been using galaxy s20 plus for a month and a half now, and i realise I'm going through some problems with the handset. My friends can't hear my voice properly when I'm playing PUBG and i tried to fix the issue so many times and it keeps on bugging me abt the phone. 
Is that because it is an EXYNOS version? 
Is this happening with any of others who are having the s20 series?
Could some one help me with this and sor out the issue please??

and the other thing is, i keep on getting new in the galaxy store to update something that is pending but afyer i go there i find out there us nothing to upfate but it's still showing the "NEW" thing

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.

 

Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.

Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

 

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members

App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

I've been using S20 us for a month now and I notice when I call to someone speaker activates it self. When bug fix will be released on this issue
