S20 plus heating issue

I am from India.

I have buyed the Galaxy s20 plus and i am using it for 2 weeks now. During this period i have noticed that my device is getting really very hot with gaming and mild usage.

I am very aware of using smartphone.

Heating effects performance and battery life very noticibly.

By the way i am using exynos varient

Such a big dissapointment samsung.

I have buyed the galaxy s20 plus before 1 month either it was okay.. but since i have updated my device to android 11 my phone is getting hot on such a normal usage..like surfing on You tube videos and basic stuff..
After getting hot device starts lagging and it feel like device is now working at 40htz from 120 htz refresh rate... this much the performance is getting reduce.. either i got the defected product or is it the issue with all the s20 device... i am very disappointed by samsung after spending this much of money didn't got the value... hope Samsung fixes it soon as possible with the new update..

While playing pubg and stuff the device is getting overheated within half n hour and phone temp goes upto 45 degree celcius
