S20 plus heating issue

I am from India.

I have buyed the Galaxy s20 plus and i am using it for 2 weeks now. During this period i have noticed that my device is getting really very hot with gaming and mild usage.

I am very aware of using smartphone.

Heating effects performance and battery life very noticibly.

By the way i am using exynos varient

Such a big dissapointment samsung.

hi even I experienced heating issue while having a video call n then immediately I switched off because of fear of heating and started after 10 mins it was normal.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. It is since then that I am facing the heating issue. I do not understand how can the same happen in a phone worth over rs. 75000/- 

The co needs to take up the matter seriously and provide appropriate redressal

same issue is with me sometime it get too hot while taking calls could touch to ears.. wht hell is going on..service centre says its normal how could be possible. I never expericed with one plus. shifted due camera but now i think its BIG mistake.

i dnt know even on call for more than 10 min this phone get heat up.. i would rather sell this device
