S20 fe is getting hang or frozen

Yesterday i got march update after that for multiple times my phone both network was going off and then it started getting frozen, today morning i asked help in nearby service center they advice to reset the phone.  I did so, till evening it was working again from evening it is start to hang while watching youtube then now while calling and screen is also getting frozen. Please help i am thinking there is glitch in this update

After updating phone it, some apps like play services works in background.

After update, don't use phone for 1 hours.
Some time updates trying to optimise in background, so let them finish their work.

Don't do update when you are using phone.

Prefer night time for updates, before sleeping.

And use phone next day.

In Android 14, atleast
30 days required to optimise phone, even after reset.
