Hi my volume and power buttons separated from my phone. Is samsung which is well know for hardware making such kind of phones where buttons come up from body really? This issues is not even faced by mi user.
Second the phone is ip67 but even with little bit of rain the water seeped into simcard tray. Idk if the certification is a joke
This issue happened to me almost 10months back..... I literally tell you once you reboot (or) switch off and switch on your device the sim card reading will give a trouble u need to reboot and remove sim on n off to get the connectivity...... All the best for the process which I am dng frm past months 😵💫😵💫😵💫
