S20fe 5g is much better for gaming since it has Snapdragon 865 processor which can handle gaming very well whereas S21fe heats up alot whenever we do heavy tasks as it has Exynos 2100 processor.

& for gaming, i would prefer Snapdragon over that garbage Exynos chip

Non of them... I have been using s20fe5g and it's not meant for gaming... go with latest chipset device I mean latest...
