Sonce last 10 days i am facing one issue which is very serious. I am seeing white random lines while watching videos on youtibe or any OTT platform. My phone is hardly 1 month old. Tried Factory reset 2 times...but still same. Lines coming are random but goes in 1 second. Anyone facing such kind of issues , please suggest.

I contacted them..they just tolde some troubleshooting steps which didn't helped.

Yes this is a Known issue in S20FE lineup... the issue had been addressed to samsung, they had notified for the fix in next update.

But the line appearance are bare minimum, but if you are facing it frequently then you must contact Service Centre.

Bro!! Please reply whenever you are comfortable...this is my first time i bought Samsung and too it is expensive. Bit worried about it...

Need not to worry, for me also is my 1st samsung device.. and this bug came in after oneui 3.1 ... its just irritating... but need not worry it won't harm your phone...
Just wait for the fix..

I contacted them...they told me to start phone in Safe mode...it didn't work..then they told me to reset complete phone. I did complete factory reset yesterday but it is same. Did samsung told you that they know about the issue??

They don't know anything about that..just nothing they can do.

I did face the issue. Tried factory reseting the device it didn't help! I uninstalled latest update for Android system web view and that helped me. I didn't notice the issue after that. Try this once and please let us know whether it helped you, so that would be useful for everyone....
