As pointed earlier, you need to use external mic for vlogging. The recording quality is way better than built-in mic found on any mobile phone in the marker. Afterall, what matters in vlogging are AV quality and the content. Here's one solution to use an external mic -

Give a 'Like' if this solution helps you.

My solution is with respect to S21 Ultra phone. May work with you too.

First, I tried OnePlus USB type C to 3.5mm adapter + 3.5mm Boya BYM1 lavalier mic. Didn't work. Got to know that OnePlus adapter works only with OnePlus phones.

Then I bought a USB type C lavalier mic. Didn't work. Turned out it wasn't supported either.

Then I bought Samsung genuine USB Type C to 3.5mm adapter to connect my Boya BY M1. It worked, but with hopeless recording quality. The recording volumes weren't consistent and wasn't loud enough either. There was a lot of muffling and attenuation. As a matter of fact, I found there's a considerable quality drop for the earphones too.

Nevertheless, I decided to give a last shot at it by using USB Type C OTG adapter. I purchased a QZ USB 3.1 Type C OTG adapter to connect Maono AU-PM461TR USB condenser microphone. Both purchases were from Amazon India. It worked miraculously. The recording quality is amazing, consistent and lound enough. I can also control the mic gain.

If you dont find the QZ OTG adapter, you can use any other OTG adapter. Generally, there's one small form factor adapter and another with a larger form factor. Go with larger one.

Hope it helps. Have a good time recording. :)
