That's a problem in most s20fe units, especially in rural areas.

I am also here to complaint the same issue I brought S20fe 5g 3days back till now I have seen LTE+ on my Jio Sim only once which used to show LTE+ always on my Samsung M52 5g so bad that midrange is offering better signal speed where a Flagship mobile like S20fe lacking it. I believe in Samsung that it fixes this problem and even I want to ask Samsung that the premium feature like ALT-Z is also missing in S20FE 5G which I have in my previous midrange mobiles like M31S and M52 what the funniest thing this Flagship mobile doesn't support better Secure Feature I changed to S20Fe 5g thinking that it provides me a better Secure Folder that "M" series phone. It has Secure folder but no Quick switch option which hides the recent tabs completely but now my recent Secured app list is visible to the persons who checks my recent apps list. I wish Samsung to give an QUICK SWITCH (ALT-Z Life) in Samsung S20FE 5G as soon as possible and carrier aggregation if it continues same I say that it doesn't worth buying this S20fe its better to buy a "M" series mobile which is even affordable to every person. Actually I am a Samsung fan boy and expect more from Samsung which made me disappointed more in these things which M series has but S series doesn't have 😢. I need them as soon as possible.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

As to support Carrier Aggregation on a device, application processor and antenna support must be there. So, it's hardware-dependent.

As we move towards 5G, most of the 5G models support Carrier Aggregation (subject to HW support of individual products).

Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
