Hey, I got my phone today. As I opened the box, it was already on android 12. But this phone comes with android 11 out of the box. Should I be scared that this is a refurbished phone?

Well written! I'll try to update through smart switch too. My phone has the Feb security patch, so shouldn't make much difference even if I update through traditional way. I also experienced little heating, is it common for a new phone to heat a day or two in the beginning?

Yes it's common for a new phone. It will usually settle down in a week. However fast charging heats the phone always.

They've given 15W in the name of super fast charging 😂 so that shouldn't be a problem

Actually fast charging is 15 watts and superfast charging is 25 watts for Samsung 😜. But even in 15 watts the phone becomes hot. If we turn off fast charging all together, it stays cool while charging.

I updated my S20 FE 5G from 4.0 to 4.1 using Smart switch. It was really smooth. Took less time as well. Will be sharing a post soon regarding this. No stutters or lag atleast in 4.1.

My phone also comes with android 12 and little dust in the mobile and I have install phone info app to check whether it is refurbished or not ,it shows refurbished I scared but imei number matched with the box
