S10 plus freezes when I have a call running in the background

When I get a call and I don't want to answer it I do what everyone does. Swipe it . After I swipe it the home button freezes. Apps become unresponsive until the call ends. I have to lock and unlock the phone to gain access.

Backup data and Factory data reset ,Remember your Google account and password.

Try keeping the call notification to pop up instead of full screen.
