1) Connect with type C cable and connect with pc/laptop or type c earphone only.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

Attach usb c cable to charging port of phone and the other end usb to laptop/desktop usb port , then switch off phone , then press volume up button and power button together for 8 secs when samsung galaxy and ur phone model shows leave it , u will be in recovery mode , then by volume down button go to wipe cache partition and press power button then select yes with volume button up or down and press power button , it will happen then it will go back to the menu and first option is restart or reboot phone , press power button again and phone will restart normally , done !
