Since the last update my s10plus cannot play and download hd and hdr content in the prime video app. All the settings have been checked downlaod and playback options have been set to "Best"

The app is behaving as if S10 plus is not widevine L1 certified.
Anybody else having this issue?
If you are using the s10 plus pls check
Thanks

I reinstalled Netflix, its fine now. however Amazon prime is still with issues. I wrote this problem in Amazon prime forums/blogs, amazon blogger mentioned they are aware of this issue and working with Samsung. but denied to provide any time frame for the fix.
