Just got the S10+, did the updates etc., every time I go to MYFILES and select any of the options (documents, downloads etc.) it stops and says app has stopped. Have cleared data, cache, done everything I can think of - sometimes it doesn't even give me an error message, just takes me back to my home screen. I do NOT want to reset the darned thing! Only had it one day - if it doesn't work, will return it.... don't want to as the camera is WAY better than my A32 5G phone.....
WOW! YOU ARE JUST A GENIUS THANK YOU!!! I went to the google play store, looked up the Samsung version of MYFILES, uninstalled updates, reinstalled updates and it works PERFECTLY! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
