My network disconnect for no reason and i wont be able to use data or receive calls.
But it shows full range and data turned on.
I have to either restart or activate airplane mode to fix it.
This is after the android 10 update
My device is s10+

And its not my sim card or issue with network provider cause i used same sim or different phone and it works fine.

Not only S10+. Even my M20 has this problem. I think that this is a software issue.

check the network operators in settings >connections >network operators. Whether it's in auto mode or manual mode. Because some settings after beta are fluctuating very often.

Hi there,

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections >More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.

3) Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask question).
