As a android user since 8 year I need an app lock for my android phone. I recently upgraded to samsung galaxy s23 from other brand phone who provides very user friendly app lock for locking my apps and in my s23 there is no such function or any app to lock my apps so please include any app lock in upcoming update for my s23
There are other solutions though: You can create Secure Folder (by Samsung Knox) in your phone which provides way more security than App locking feature. In Android 15 update, you will get similar Security feature by Google also. Alternatively, you can hide Apps and prevent them from appearing in your App Screen as well. But, you'll need to un-hide in order to use them again. Just press and hold Home Screen and tap settings there you'll find the required option to do it.
I know what you're talking about.. as I've also used that feature before! But, as of now.. you've only got those options that I've suggested. Hope they might bring it back in future updates!
