I think you rooted your phone atleast once and it triggered the knox counter.
As far as I know even unrooting doesn't help.

Some kind of unofficial flashing of software is done.. As a result the knox is tripped..

are u on official rom?? If yes then When You got new ota update it will fix otherwise you need to flash the official Rom by Odin.
