Routines - wifi network

Can't add a routine where I can change from one wifi network to another once the network strength is 1 bar.

Need to add a Then task feature to do that. Right now there is only a condition.

Try doing it by restarting the phone or forgetting wifi networks

I am actually looking at using Bixby routines. I am not sure how your answer applies here.
