Rotate toggle button

Does anyone remember, there used to appear a rotate button when you turned the phone to landscape when auto rotate option is turned off

Has samsung discontinued it with the new uodate?

Swipe down notification panel and tap on text auto rotate or portrait(don't tap on icon)
