I am using an account that requires landscape mode. I have done that also, however the massage is appearing on the screen that Please use landscape mode. What would be the issue. Please throw light in this matter. 😊

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
