Reverse wireless charging issue

I recently tried using reverse charging to charge another device and it simply just does not work. I use a s24 ultra and i am running the latest software. I turned on wireless powersharing from the quick toggle and settings but its not charging any device. Please help if there is any setting I got to change, the same issue is with NFC as well

Please help. Faster response would be appreciated

What device were you trying to charge with reverse charging?

And what is your issue with NFC?

I was trying to charge a pixel 8 and an Iphone 13 did not work for both

And i have a small device given by my work for NFC whenever i tap to login nothing happens and i have to use USB signon everytime

I guess Samsung phones reverse charge only Samsung accessories, like Galaxy Watch. It doesn't work on other brands.

Where do you tap the NFC thingy? On the NFC reader which is beside the cameras or somewhere else?

Nah, i have a colleague who reverse charged iphone from his S20FE

I tried the NFC thingy almost every where front and back but no luck, I'm guessing some setting is blocking this from happening

As per your query, we would request you to please check if other device supports wireless charging and that you device is always charged beyond the battery limit of wireless power sharing.

● To check battery limit of wireless power sharing please follow the path:
Path: Settings>Device care>Battery>Wireless power sharing>Battery limit.

● For NFC: Please check if NFC is enabled in your device:
Path: Settings>Connections>NFC and contact less payments.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
