Subject: Assistance Required: Secure Folder Installation Error on Samsung S23 Dear Samsung Support Team, I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I am encountering on my Samsung S23 regarding the Secure Folder functionality. Despite several troubleshooting attempts, I have been unable to install or access Secure Folder due to a security policy restriction message. **Objective:** I aim to resolve the Secure Folder installation error and gain access to its functionality on my Samsung S23 device. **Issue Details:** - Model: Samsung S23 - Error Message: "Security policy prevents installation of Secure Folder" - Troubleshooting Steps Taken: 1. Checked Device Administrator Settings 2. Updated Secure Folder to the latest version 3. Cleared cache and data for Secure Folder 4. Attempted to disable any conflicting security policies 5. Considered a factory reset but preferred to seek professional guidance first - Additional Context: The device is not managed by any corporate IT administrator, and I have not been able to identify any specific apps or settings that might be causing this issue. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed to successfully install and utilize Secure Folder on my device. If there are any additional details or steps you require from me, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Ezhilkannan

Yes secure folder is not alternate option of App lock. It also can't backup. I sent my opinion to CS. Samsung should add App lock feature.
