Refreshing sim data

Why do I get this refreshing sim data in my f12 as well as s02 
Post that I loose connectivity 
I have done factory reset and have changed the sim as well 
I don't know when will they resolve this problem of theirs in this exinos chip

I am also facing sane issue. After every 10 mins the SIM automatically refreshes after which network connection is lost for 2 mins.
