Refresh rate toggle

There should  be tile in notification panel to toggle refresh rate or motion smoothness 

This is a must feature and we expect this kind of handy features from oneui 4.0

Yes it's there in Developer Mode. But it looks preety bad, tge feature remains best in monitors.

Its limited to flagships and models with above 60 refresh rate. You can get that toggle using some launchers but with Samsung One UI Home launcher, I highly doubt.

Is it too difficult to go to settings and change it?
If so say hi Bixby change refresh rate. That is also difficult?
