To troubleshoot, ensure that the call recording feature is enabled on your device. You can do this by going to the Phone app, tapping the three-dot menu, and selecting *Settings*. Then, navigate to *Record calls* and toggle on *Auto record calls*.

If the issue persists, consider the following:

- *Check for software updates*: Ensure your device is running the latest software, as updates often resolve bugs and glitches.
- *Clear cache and data*: Clear the cache and data of the Phone app to resolve any software-related issues.
- *Reset the app*: Reset the Phone app to its default settings, which may resolve any configuration-related issues.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem or a more complex software issue. In this case, consider contacting Samsung support or visiting an authorized service center for further assistance.
