Uninstall unwanted apps and if you don't want any specific app run in background, disable auto start and put those apps in deep sleep. Search deep sleep in settings and add by click + button upside right corner

Well, Samsung's RAM Management is one of the best but still if you wanna keep your memory free then you may adopt the following measures:
1. Analyze which apps you use often and which you rarely use.
2. Now, Go To Device Care and then Battery. And put unused apps to Deep Sleep so that they work only when you open them.
3. Now, Set Up Auto Optimization at night.
4. Disable the RAM plus. Although Samsung's Virtual RAM works differently, it's still better to use the dedicated RAM.
5. Uninstall the bloatware and unnecessary apps.
6. Clear cache of apps.
7. Also disable notifications of unwanted apps, as this allows them to run all the time you're connected to the internet.
8. Use less Widgets as they consumes memory and battery.
9. You may Turn OFF Auto-Sync as it drains battery and eats up memory.
10. Restart your device once a week to keep it optomized.
If this solves your query, I'll appreciate if you could accept my comment as solution by clicking on the dots on the top right of my comment 😊

If you are using heavy apps or games then 8 GB is not so sufficient now a days because my phone is having 12 GB RAM and 6 GB is always in use (I have one heavy game and other apps are normal) so of you are using heavy app or games so your almost 50% to 60% RAM will be occupied.
