Quick share getting turned on automatically when i turn on Bluetooth

Is there any way to stop auto enabling of quick share when i turn on Bluetooth, because it's really annoying and it keeps on scanning for drives to share which i dint wamt to.

Select "no one" option as SS, then it will not turned on automatically
