if you have installed the June patch. Just open the camera and point to any QR code. It will detect automatically. Additionally a qr scanning option has been added to notification button grid. Just swipe down notification bar and click on edit button grid.

First enable it in camera settings..and then point your camera towards any QR code..that's it..
