I have problem with my s10+ exynos. When calling and the phone is on my ear, the screen turns off. However when moving my phone away from my ear the screen stays off during the call. I have to push the power button to wake the screen up.
Anyone have idea about this, is it a hardware issue?, please let me know.

Not probably a hardware issue.

Can u tell me from how long u r facing the issue? Since after the latest update there are some bugs in the device which will be fixed by next update

I also facing exactly same issue.I noticed it just 10 days before.It is before 24th May update.

I have done a test of proximity sensor by dialing *#77692#, while testing when placing hand above the sensor it vibrates and when removed it stops, sometimes when I place my hand and remove it continuously viberates unless I off the sensor. can any1 distinguish whether it is a hardware or software, even before the may updates I'm facing this same issue.. please help.

Itd a software problem and will be soon resolved by the next update most probably

I am also having the same problem ..went to the service center also but still nothing ....samsung do something its irritating me ....

they said the dont know ... they will do again format and ....reinstallation.....confused
