Problems in Samsung Pass App

I'm facing issues opening the samsung pass app. It shows "check your internet settings and try again.(16)" but my internet is up & running, no issues there.
I rebooted my device couple of times but it's still the same.
If anyone knows the solution please do help.

I'm getting the exact same issue , tried all the troubleshooting 
just ended a chat with the Samsung tech and the said it's not global issue !
