I had purchased an S 20 Samsung in March 2020. Since a month, I am facing this issue that screen goes blank and starts flickering. After sometime it restores automatically. Also, the back panel is also coming out on its own...there is a small gap now. I have tried to contact you ppl several times but there isn't any response. Your service centre is saying battery is to be replaced and itvis chargeable. I dont understand this one has to see this kind of nonsense after buying almost a 70k phone from you guys ????? I think brands like MI, oppo etc are much better then....what if the battery blasts...will you be taking the blame???? I wont because its not my fault if your battery is swelling up...in case of damage I can understand but this isn't a customers fault. Waiting for a fruitful response from your end asap.

It is out of warranty, what do you expect? A new device for free?
