I'm using Samsung S23 from last year and in every few days the Netflix app on my phone keeps crashing. And after restarting the app the HDR capability is gone. It shows HDR Capabilities- NONE.. Anyone else having the same problem??

Your widevine certificate is downgraded to L3 and hence you are facing this issue. Follow below steps
1. Check if all the google play system updates are installed.
2. Clear cache and data of Netflix and Prime video(in case this is also installed). Uninstall both the apps
3. Restart your phone
4. Reinstall Netflix and then check
